A Spicy Passion Spanning Four Decades

The idea for Gladstone Sauce originated four decades ago.I grew up in Telford, England above the local chippy that my parents ran. The Gladstone fish bar served a variety of foods and is where, at eight years old, I tasted my first Scotch Bonnet hot sauce. It was love at first bite. Over the years, I have tasted hundreds of hot sauces, and none have hit the right heat-flavour combo until I created Gladstone Sauce.
